EduChild celebrated its 10th anniversary with a sparkling seminar, where a number of people who are involved from the start acompanied by close friends selflessly played a leading role.
Attendants at our seminar were:
- The first president, Ans de Wijn,
- The organizers of the Masterclass Pioneering Leadership Rob Fijlstra and Harry Wullings,
- Aikido master Aalt Aalten
- and management guru Jaap Peters.
They took participants, including a number of former participants of the Masterclass, along with the central theme: ‘Do today what is needed tomorrow’.
RobFijlstraRob Fijlstra gave a preview of his new management book under the title theme. The focus of organizations must radically differentiate in order to survive. Striving for excellent service, effective interactions and personal ownership and commitment. This will increase sales, better the quality and reduce costs.
Jaap Peters brought in his dry-comic way, the message to be up to date. For example, he gave his mother, who uses social media to keep an eye on him. He advocated the reintroduction of the human dimension in organizations: give professionals space to do what they are good at. The era of the manager is nearing its end.
Last but not least, Aalt Aalten pulled it off to let the approximately 60 participants experience how much strength it gives to really get in touch with yourself.
